From the afternoon of November 9 to the morning of November 10, 2024, it was sponsored by the Chinese Geriatric Society Medical and Nursing Combination Promotion Committee. Henan Shengde Health Care Co., Ltd. undertook the National Committee of the Chinese Geriatric Society Medical and Nursing Combination Promotion Committee and the ";double hundred"; training conference was held in Henan Xinyang Shengde Health Care Center. It brought together domestic medical, teaching, scientific research, primary health institutions and leading figures engaged in geriatric medicine and medical and health care industry to discuss and exchange the new progress of geriatric medicine, the innovative management model of combining medical and health care, and related topics from hospice care to hospice care.

On the morning of November 10, the special report on the combination of medical and nursing care was chaired by Sun Zhijun, vice president of the Promotion Committee of the combination of medical and nursing care of the Chinese Geriatric Society, and Wang Guiqin, a standing member.

During the meeting, the 2024 National Committee of the Promotion Committee of the Combination of medical and Nursing Care of the Chinese Geriatrics Society was held, with more than 150 participants. The meeting was chaired by Director General Cheng Lihong. Zhao Jianguo, deputy Secretary-General of the Chinese Geriatric Society, and Su Yuanfu, honorary president of the Chinese Geriatric Society Medical and Nursing Combination Promotion Committee, attended and spoke at the meeting. President Yang Tingshu summarized the academic exchange, committee development, public welfare activities, science popularization, financial revenue and expenditure of the chapter in 2024, and arranged the work in 2025. Director-general Cheng Lihong read out the list of additional members, a total of 18 additional members. Standing member Gao Wubin proposed to all members to start the ";Pine Seedling Plan"; project, and read the ";Pine seedling Plan" proposal.
After the meeting, Jia Jinzhong, manager of Henan Shengde Health Care Center, led the delegates to visit the health care center. The delegates actively consulted, took photos to learn, and exchanged their own experiences. They gained a lot and drew a successful end to the conference.
The successful convening of this conference not only provides a platform for academic exchange and experience sharing for experts and scholars in the field of geriatrics and medical care, but also provides a useful reference for promoting the sustainable development of China's medical care and health industry.
