The Fifth National Elderly Vascular Health Management Summit Forum and the Fifth Station of VTE Prevention and Control Wisdom Cloud Online Tour-Zunyi Station Successfully Held
"The 5th National Vascular Health Management Summit Forum for the Elderly and the 5th stop of VTE Prevention and Control Wisdom Cloud Tour - Zunyi Station"; was successfully held online on May 23, 2021.
The activity was jointly organized by the Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University, Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital, the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University and the First People's Hospital of Zunyi City. Professor Zhao Jichun is the chairman of the conference, Professor Zhao Yu is the co-chairman of the conference, Professor Wang Tao is the executive chairman of the conference, Professor Yuan Ping, Professor Zhang Wenzhuo and Director Wang Daiqiong are the co-executive chairmen of the conference. At the meeting, the experts brought wonderful academic sharing, Professor Zhao Yu shared on "How to improve the cure rate and recurrence prevention of acute thrombosis of lower limbs"; Professor Zhang Wendu talked about "VTE Prevention and Treatment of tumor";; Head nurse Geng Guimin narrated the Nursing Practice of Prevention and Control of VTE in the Department; Prof. Zhao Jichun shared "The Treatment and Challenges of VTE in the Elderly"; Professor Yuan Ping talked about the Interpretation of 2021 ESVS Venous Thrombosis Guidelines; Director Wang Daiqiong shared "How to strengthen medical cooperation and do a good job in VTE prevention and control". The academic session was presided over by Professor Zhao Jichun and Professor Wang Tao. Subsequently, Professor Zhao Jichun organized the experts to have a heated discussion and reached a consensus.
