In order to actively respond to the call of "Healthy China 2030" planning Outline, promote the further deepening of physical and health integration exchange activities and promote the national active health action, the Sports Health Branch of the Chinese Geriatrics Society and Hangzhou Sports Bureau jointly sponsored the "Physical and Health Cooperation, During the "Smart Internet" 2024 Sports health and health integration exchange activity, a unique fitness running activity - "Academicians and experts take you to fitness running" and scientific guidance activity was held by the beautiful West Lake. In the morning, the sky in Hangzhou is still full of fish belly white, and the hall of Zhejiang Hotel is already full of people. Under the patient, meticulous and scientific guidance of Academician Li Jian 'an and Director Wang Fang, the participants carried out a comprehensive warm-up exercise.
