On October 11, 2024, he went to Beijing Sijiqing Nursing Home for the Elderly to hold the Double Ninth Festival charity free clinic activity.
The free clinic was held in the hall on the first floor of Xilin Garden of Sijiqing Nursing Home on the afternoon of October 11. Nearly 100 elderly people with an average age of over 80 came to consult. According to the different conditions of these elderly people, such as dizziness, vertigo, dementia, insomnia, cerebrovascular disease and hearing loss, the staff carried out professional shunt and recommended it to the 8 experts of this free clinic. The experts, with the cooperation of the nursing home staff, patiently asked, carefully checked, further detailed communication with these elderly people, including chronic disease management, rational drug use, rehabilitation and exercise, etc., and developed medication and follow-up diagnosis and treatment proposals for the elderly from multiple angles. This activity has been praised and recognized by the elderly people and staff in the nursing home. 
As the so-called "care for the elderly and the elderly", in the on-site free clinic activity, President Yang Xu led a team to deeply communicate with the elderly, guide the elderly in all aspects of the problem, and stressed that the family members of the elderly should give more participation and care, how to better build multidimensional communication between the elderly and their relatives, and the introduction of 5G network to break the limitation of time and space is necessary. These measures will help reduce the psychological loneliness and anxiety of the elderly, improve the quality of life of the elderly, and can better implement the essence of the concept of "accompanying the elderly children and being a childlike adult".
