The Chinese Society of Geriatrics went to the First People's Hospital of Hefei City, Anhui Province to investigate the pilot work of standardization of integrated medical and nursing services
On August 23, 2024, Cao Feng, Vice president of the Chinese Geriatric Society, Qin Xiaoling, honorary director of the Standardization Working Committee, and the Promotion Committee of the combination of medical and nursing services organized experts to come to the First People's Hospital of Hefei, Anhui Province, the pilot unit of the service standardization of the combination of medical and nursing services of the Chinese Geriatric Society. To investigate the pilot work of the standardization of integrated medical and nursing services and the implementation of the Standard of Integrated Medical and Nursing Health Management Services (hereinafter referred to as the "Standard").
The group of experts first came to the Department of Geriatric Medicine of Hefei First People's Hospital to investigate the combination of medical and nursing care ward, to understand the situation of the combination of medical and nursing care and four modern linkages in the top three hospitals, especially the new model of the combination of medical and nursing care with "medical" and "nursing", where the elderly can receive professional medical services and can easily convert old-age care services.
Subsequently, the group of experts came to the Baohe District Binhu Century Community health Service Center to investigate and understand the development of community medical and nursing combined services and home medical and nursing combined services.
After the on-site investigation, the report was discussed, and Vice President Pan Aihong made a report on the standard pilot work. The Second People's Hospital of Hefei City, the Third People's Hospital of Huangshan City, Bozhou People's Hospital, Hefei Jiujiu Xiyang Hongxinhai Nursing Home, Aikang Hubinhu Century Community pension service complex and other medical and nursing institutions at all levels also participated in the meeting and discussed the standard for seeking opinions. The representatives of each unit talked about the status quo and thinking of the combined health management services of institutions, communities and home medicine and nursing from their own perspectives, and put forward many valuable opinions on the content of the standard.
The next day, the expert group participated in the 2024 Medical and Nursing Combination Quality control and academic seminar of Anhui Provincial Medical and Nursing Combination Quality Control Center and Anhui Provincial Medical and Nursing Combination Institution Collaborative Innovation Alliance hosted by Hefei First People's Hospital. Anhui Provincial Health Commission and Hefei Municipal Health Commission and other relevant leaders attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Nearly 300 people attended the meeting, including members of the quality control Center of Anhui Medical and Nursing combination and representatives of medical and nursing combination institutions.
In the academic exchange session, Cao Feng, Vice President of the Chinese Geriatrics Society and Yao Xiaojing, researcher of the National Standards and Technology Review Department, Xu Weihua, director of the Medical Care Working Committee of the Chinese Geriatrics Society, and experts of the medical Care Promotion Committee respectively discussed the "Interpretation of medical care Combined health management service industry standards", "Standard basic knowledge and standardization pilot", "Medical care and health industry development and medical care combined quality control platform Construction from the perspective of Silver Economy" and "high-quality development of medical care combined services: A report was made on the topic of "Medical Service Connectivity".
This research demonstrates the exploration and innovation of the standardized mode of medical and nursing service under the three scenarios of institutions, communities and homes, summarizes the experience, and deeply discusses the content of the standard of medical and nursing service and health management service, enhances the scientific and practical of the standard, and helps to promote the standardized, professional and refined development of medical and nursing service.
