"Exploration on training of senior health management talents in higher vocational colleges The Academic Conference was held online on December 23, 2023. The academic meeting was guided by the Chinese Geriatric Society, sponsored by the Health Management Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Society, hosted by Beijing Vocational College of Social Management (Training Center of the Ministry of Civil Affairs), and provided by Shanghai Zhexun Information Technology Co., LTD. The conference aims to improve the professional quality and service ability of elderly health management talents, and promote the construction and development of elderly health management profession.

After the opening ceremony, the experts made a keynote speech on the new mode and new method of training elderly health management talents, sharing the latest research results and practical experience, and the keynote speech was presided over by Li Jingya, director of the Health Management Professional Teaching and Research Department of Beijing Social Management Vocational College (Training Center of the Ministry of Civil Affairs).

Professor Sun Jinhai, vice president of the Health Management Branch of the Chinese Geriatrics Society and director of the Health Management Teaching and Research Section of the Navy Medical University, shared more successful construction experiences from teaching research, scientific research construction, system research and development, science popularization and education around the theme of "Practice and Reflection on the development of Health management Discipline".
CAI Xiaoru, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and principal of Cangzhou Medical College, focused on the theme of "Practical Exploration of the Construction of health care Professional Groups from the perspective of Great Health" and took the development of health care professional groups as an example to teach how to learn from the training experience of international health care talents, and shared how to create a localized and international teacher innovation team with the idea of introducing and going global. Zhu Xiaozhuo, dean of the College of Health Service and Health Care of Ningbo Health Vocational and Technical College, focused on the theme of "The Aging Transformation of health management Profession under the background of Population aging", combined with the background of the continuous deepening of the aging degree of the country and the background of the major reform of the national elderly service system, and narrated the experience of the aging transformation of health management through the model of health care and housing.
Mou Hong 'an, lecturer of the School of Health and Social Care of Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College and former head of the health management major, introduced the internship and employment solutions of the health management major students of Shanghai Urban Construction Vocational College around the theme of "Practice and Reflection on the training of health management professionals based on the integration of production and education", which triggered deep thinking of everyone.
Chen Shishen, product director of Shanghai Zhexun Information Technology Co., LTD., put forward some dilemmas and problems faced by the health management profession around the theme "Thinking and Exploration of Practical Teaching of Health management Profession from the perspective of Integration of Industry and Education", and hoped that the integration of industry and education activities could be used as a platform to realize the joint efforts of multi-colleges and multi-institutions to jointly break through professional difficulties. Finally realize the professional and orderly development of health management industry.
Finally, Tu Qilei, president of the Health Management Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Society and president of the Geriatric Welfare College of Beijing Vocational College of Social Management (Training Center of the Ministry of Civil Affairs), combined the theme of "Health Management as the hub of medical and nursing service Model". This paper summarizes the exploration and innovation in the medical and nursing service model from the five aspects of health continuity, diversity, accessibility, controllability, management intelligence and information, and provides a new idea for how to integrate resources in smart community.

In addition, the conference also held vocational college students elderly community health management skills practice exercise activities. Through the form of simulating community health managers, integrating the health concept of "treating disease", students improve their professional skills and practical ability in actual operation. The event attracted 58 teams from 56 colleges and universities to participate, and also attracted wide attention from other higher vocational colleges and universities that set up health management-related majors. The activities are carried out online in an orderly manner. Nearly 5 hours of practice exercises, each team of students responded calmly, united and cooperated, carefully analyzed the problem, and put forward practical and feasible health management solutions, which fully demonstrated the good theoretical literacy and comprehensive quality of students in colleges and universities. Experts gave patient guidance and comments to each team, with a strong learning atmosphere and warm interaction.
