"The Double Ninth Day of the year, a long time of love", in response to the call of the Chinese Geriatric Society of "developing geriatric medicine, serving the health of the elderly", to strengthen the public's attention and cognition of the elderly vertigo/vestibular disease, Chinese Geriatrics Society For Vestibular Disorders (CGSVD) was led by Yang Xu, President of the Department of Neurology, Aerospace Central Hospital (Clinical School of Medicine, Peking University). The free clinic was held on the morning of October 22 in the hall on the first floor of Xilin Garden of Sijiqing Nursing Home for the Elderly. Nearly 100 elderly people with an average age of over 80 came to consult. First of all, President Jian Xiaohui made a brief welcome speech. After that, several free clinic staff carried out professional triage and recommended them to the 9 experts of the free clinic for the problems of dizziness, dizziness, dementia, insomnia, cerebrovascular disease and hearing loss. With the cooperation of the nursing home staff, the experts asked patience, checked the body carefully, and further detailed communication with these elderly people, including chronic disease management, rational drug use, rehabilitation and exercise, etc., and developed medication and follow-up diagnosis and treatment proposals for the elderly from multiple angles. This activity has been praised and recognized by the elderly people and staff in the nursing home. 
As the so-called "care for the elderly and the elderly", after the on-site free clinic activity, President Yang Xu led a team to visit some of the bedridden elderly, further guidance and exchange of all aspects of nursing problems for the bedridden elderly, and stressed that family members should give more participation and care in the nursing of these elderly people, and how to better build multidimensional communication between the elderly and their relatives. The introduction of 5G networks to break the restrictions of time and space is necessary, and these measures will help reduce the loneliness and anxiety of the elderly, improve the quality of life of the elderly, and better implement the essence of the concept of "accompanying the elderly children and being childish adults".
