CAI Rongbin, Vice President of the second Council of the Chinese Geriatric Society
He is a member of the Communist Party of China, a doctoral candidate in educational Economics and Management of Northeast Normal University, and an associate professor. He started to work in 1976, and is currently the chairman of Harbin Spring Education Industry Group and the chairman and general manager of Hainan Spring Real Estate Development Co., LTD. CAI Rongbin has been awarded the titles of "advanced Worker" and "Outstanding entrepreneur" at the provincial and municipal levels for many times. He is a member of the 10th and 11th CPPCC Committees of Harbin and a deputy of the 11th and 12th People's Congresses of Heilongjiang Province. Member of the 13th CPPCC of Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province and the Standing Committee of the 1st CPPCC of Tangwang County; Vice President of Private Education Association of Heilongjiang Province; Hainan Baisha County CPPCC Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of Hainan Baisha County Federation of Industry and Commerce and honorary chairman of Bangxi Town Federation of Industry and Commerce, vice president of Hainan leisure and pension Industry Association.
