At the opening ceremony of the conference, Professor He Wen, President of the Sonographer Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, and Professor Tang Jie, Chairman of the Army Ultrasound Professional Committee, They said that with the increasingly prominent problem of China's aging population, the demand for health services for the elderly is more urgent, and ultrasonic medical imaging technology has the characteristics of non-invasive, portable, economic and bed-side, and plays an irreplaceable role in the diagnosis and treatment of elderly diseases. Since its establishment one year ago, as a young member of the Chinese Geriatric Society, with the support of the Association and the leadership of its president, Professor Guo Fajin, we have actively built an academic exchange platform, formulated professional norms and standards, and promoted new ultrasound technologies and methods suitable for the elderly, focusing on the strategy of healthy China and the needs of elderly health services. The scientific, standardized and standardized level of senile ultrasound medicine has been continuously improved, and gratifying achievements have been made. The participants hoped that the Chinese Geriatric Society Ultrasound Medicine Branch would continue to give full play to its professional advantages, create a unique academic exchange platform, pool wisdom, innovate and forge ahead, play a greater role in improving the level of ultrasound diagnosis and treatment for the elderly in China, and make more contributions to the development of the health cause of the elderly.

This conference is also a gathering of academic celebrities. Based on the development status of aging population, contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination for age-related diseases has gradually been widely used in clinical practice. In order to further promote ultrasound medicine to better serve elderly patients and promote the promotion and standardized management of new contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology, three sub-forums were set up at the conference. They are the "Study Class on the Promotion of Contrast-enhanced Imaging Technology in Western Primary Hospitals" hosted by Professor Li Rui of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and Professor Chen Luzeng of the First Hospital of Peking University, the "Young and Middle-aged Doctors Forum" hosted by Professor Zhang Wei of Beijing Tiantan Hospital of Capital Medical University, and Professor Li Rui of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and Professor Ren Junhong of Beijing Hospital He was responsible for presiding over the second Annual Academic meeting of the Ultrasonic Medicine Branch.

The successful holding of the CEUS new technology learning class provided a comprehensive and detailed learning course for more than 2,000 online students, and also contributed to the promotion and application of the technology in grassroots hospitals in the west. We believe that through this extensive academic exchange, it will certainly help improve the ultrasonic diagnosis and treatment level of primary medical staff, and promote the standardized management and further application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the elderly.
