Anesthesiology Branch Sponsored "Love Class" Theme Series Course "Love Evening Class" First Phase Successfully Launched
The first installment of the "Love Class" themed course series "Love Class" sponsored by the Anesthesiology Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Society was successfully launched online at 7:30 PM on October 22, 2021!
In the first issue of "Falling in Love with Evening Class", Professor Wang Guolin, president of the Anesthesiology Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Society and the discipline leader of the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital, took us to open the evening class broadcast room and discussed with many well-known experts the wonderful lesson themed "Coronary artery spasm during elective surgery in Geriatric Neurosurgery";. The evening class was chaired by Professor Xie Keliang, Director General of Anesthesiology Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Society and Deputy Director of the Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital. We invited Professor Han Ruquan, Director of the Department of Anesthesiology of Beijing Tiantan Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University, Professor Shen Le, Deputy Director of the Department of Anesthesiology of Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Professor Yu Yonghao, Director of the Department of Anesthesiology of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital, Professor Yang Qing, Director of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Tianjin Medical University General Hospital, was the guest speaker. After Professor Xie Keliang introduced the theme of the conference and the experts, Professor Wang Guolin, chairman of the conference, delivered a speech.
First of all, Professor Wang Guolin made a concise introduction to the "Love Class" project, which is an online professional learning platform carefully created by the Anesthesiology Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Society for young and middle-aged anesthesiologists. Its courses cover three series: "Love Morning Class", "Love Evening Class" and "Love Elective Course", aiming to promote academic exchanges between disciplines. Expand academic vision, jointly promote the development of disciplines, and train more anesthesia talents with outstanding medical, teaching and research abilities.
In the process of explaining the cases, Professor Xie Kiliang gradually raised questions about the doubts and difficulties in the cases, and invited experts to discuss them together.
Prof. Han Ruquan, Prof. Shen Le, Prof. Yu Yonghao and Prof. Yang Qing investigated the difficult points in the case, such as whether double antibody/monoantibody will increase the risk of postoperative bleeding, whether the drug is stopped before surgery, heparin bridging, carotid artery/coronary artery plaque, tricuspid valve regurgitation, vasospasm, fasting and drinking before surgery, as well as hypotension and transient ECG S in the patient The problem of T segment arch upward elevation has been intensively discussed, and the experts have expressed their opinions, and the wonderful comments are fascinating. Professor Yang Qing, director of the Department of Cardiology, said that participating in this course had the opportunity to discuss perioperative anesthesia management issues with anesthesiologists, and got a lot of inspiration. The exchange of views between the two disciplines not only helped young doctors who learned online, but also had positive significance for the management of integrated diagnosis and treatment in hospitals.
Professor Li Yize gave a wonderful explanation of the case of Coronary artery spasm during elective neurosurgery in Elderly patients, and put forward some questions worthy of discussion about this case.
