On June 16, 2023, when the hot summer is coming in Beijing, the sonographer team of the Chinese Geriatric Society Ultrasound Medical Branch went to Beijing Fangshan Shijiaying Community Health Service Center to conduct free ultrasound service for the elderly over 65 years old in the area, and to consult the elderly who are positive for free abdominal ultrasound examination and popularize the ultrasound related applied medical knowledge. To carry out free consultation on ultrasonic detection of gallstones, gallbladder polyps, liver cysts, liver hemangiomas and other diseases, as well as how to deal with liver abscesses in elderly diabetic patients, and the importance of ultrasound application in chest pain in the elderly.

The event was sponsored by the Chinese Geriatric Society of Ultrasound Medicine Branch, Beijing Hospital, Beijing Fengtai Hospital, and received a lot of support from the staff of Beijing Fangshan Shijiaying Community Service Center.
