Health Management Branch of Chinese Geriatric Society Launches a Series of Public Welfare Activities of "Party Building + Free Clinic"
On the afternoon of May 16, 2023, on the occasion of World Hypertension Day on May 17, Liu Zhong, Vice President of the Health Management Branch of the Chinese Geriatrics Society and director of the Health Management Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, and Zheng Aiying, member of the Branch and director of Shuangpu Community Health Service Center of Hangzhou Xihu District, Respectively led the team to Hangzhou Jinqiu Qiantang apartment for the elderly to carry out "Party building + free diagnosis" public welfare activities.
At the free clinic, the team members provided the elderly with health education on blood pressure, blood sugar measurement, healthy diet, exercise, life maintenance, disease prevention, etc. At the same time, the doctors also carried out health consultation, disease consultation and treatment suggestions for the elderly. This activity has been praised by the old people in the park.
