The group standard of ";Requirements and Evaluation of health care Practice Mentors" is an important research result of the sub-project of "Training and Service Capacity Building of Medical and Nursing Combination" under the auspices of the College of Elderly Welfare of Beijing Vocational College of Social Management (Training Center of Civil Affairs), which is jointly proposed by the Health Management Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Society and the Promotion Committee of the Medical and Nursing Combination of the Chinese Geriatric Society. The Standardization Working Committee of the Chinese Geriatrics Society is centrally administered. Tu Qilei, president of the Health Management Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Society and dean of the Senior Welfare College of Beijing Vocational College of Social Management (Training center of the Ministry of Civil Affairs), conducted the standard review defense as the main executor of the subject, and PI Weiyun, director of the Academic Affairs Office of Beijing Vocational College of Social Management (Training center of the Ministry of Civil Affairs) participated in the standard review defense.
The review team carefully listened to President Tu Qilei's report on the preparation of the group's standard, the modification of the solicit comments, the main content and framework of the standard and the suggestions for implementing the standard, and seriously discussed and questioned the standard one by one, forming the review opinions as follows:
1. The standard formulation procedure is in line with the relevant provisions of the "Measures for the Management of Group Standards of the Chinese Geriatric Society";, and the submitted review materials are complete and complete, meeting the review requirements.
2. The name of the standard is revised from "Health Care Practice Tutor" to "Requirements and Evaluation of Health care Practice Tutor".
3. The standard specifies the classification, general conditions, basic requirements, professional ability, assessment and evaluation of health care practice mentors, which is suitable for the training, grade evaluation and assessment of health care practice mentors, which meets the needs of China's health care service and industry characteristics, and can provide standardized guidance for the training and practical work of health care practice mentors.
4. The standard is detailed, targeted and practical, innovative in terms of the construction mode of the health care teaching team and the optimization of the structure of the health care teaching team. The standard fills the gap in the field of elderly care talent training, reaches the domestic advanced level, and has strong construction significance for the sustainable development of the health care industry.
The experts of the review team unanimously agreed to pass the review of the standard. It is suggested that the drafting group modify, supplement and improve according to the review opinions, form a draft for approval, and report it according to the procedure.
