On February 1, 2021, the Chinese Geriatric Society held a personal report meeting. Xu Xiaodong, Vice president and Secretary General presided over the report, Ding Zhiping, deputy Secretary-General announced the assessment requirements, and the staff of each department made a report in turn.

From a personal point of view, the report is a comprehensive assessment of everyone's work ability, work attitude, service awareness, and work effectiveness, so as to clarify their own positioning, understand their own shortcomings, and facilitate self-improvement. It's both a personal presentation and an assessment.

After listening to everyone's report, Vice President Xu expressed his recognition and expressed several feelings. First, the report was very serious, well prepared, and the report slides were illustrated and vivid. Second, the content is comprehensive and clear, and there is work, practice, harvest and understanding. The third is accurate positioning, objective evaluation, understanding of themselves are very in place, and can fully and objectively recognize their own shortcomings. Fourth, each has its own characteristics in line with reality. From this mission, we can see everyone's good mental state and serious work attitude. Especially during the epidemic period, we have done a lot of work in different positions, which is very moved, and at the same time, it is educated, inspired and encouraged.
