The Standardization Work of the Chinese Geriatric Society Adds Good News
On December 19, 2020, the project proposal meeting of the Chinese Geriatric Society group standard "Assessment Guidelines for Sleep Disordered Breathing in the Elderly" was held in Beijing, with a total of 11 experts in the development and revision of sleep, respiratory and group standards participating in the project proposal meeting. The group standard successfully passed the project evaluation, and on December 28, 2020, the Announcement of the Group Standard Project of the Chinese Geriatric Society on the Evaluation Guidelines for Sleep Disordered Breathing in the Elderly was released on the national group standard information platform.
On December 19, 2020, the review meeting of the group standard "Standard for Nursing Professionals with Cognitive Impairment" was held in Beijing, and 15 experts including Qin Xiaoling, director of the Standardization Management Department of the Chinese Geriatric Society, Yao Xiaojing, senior technical review expert of the National Standards and Technical Review Center, participated in the review meeting. The group standard was unanimously passed, and on December 28, the National group Standard information platform released the Announcement of the Chinese Geriatric Society on the release of the Group Standard of the Cognitive Impairment Nurse Standard.
The Geriatric group standards of the Chinese Geriatric Society will play a role in standardizing medical and health services for the elderly, improving the service level for the elderly, and contributing to healthy aging.
