The General Election Meeting of the Bone and Joint Branch of the Chinese Society of Geriatrics was successfully held
On April 16, 2022, the second Committee election conference of the Bone and Joint Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Society was held, and the election conference was conducted online. Xu Xiaodong, Vice president and Secretary-General of the Chinese Geriatric Society, and Zhao Inheritance, deputy Secretary-General, attended the meeting, and Li Ning, director general of the Preparatory Committee for the change of the Bone and Joint Branch, chaired the meeting. Xu Xiaodong, Vice president and Secretary-General, said that the society will, as always, vigorously support the work of the branch, and earnestly hope that the second committee under the leadership of the new leadership of the branch, continue to carry forward the brand advantages of the branch, in accordance with the charter of the society, on the basis of outstanding achievements in the past, continue to improve and strengthen the level of organizational construction of the branch, and adhere to the spirit of forging ahead. Actively unite and integrate experts and scholars in geriatric orthopedics related fields across the country, and build an academic platform for geriatric orthopedics with domestic and international influence!

According to the constitution of the Chinese Geriatric Society, the second committee and the leading team were elected in accordance with the prescribed procedures. Jiang Xieyuan, President of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital, was elected President of the 2nd Committee of the Bone and Joint Branch, and Liu Xiaoguang, Ma Xinlong, Zhu Yue, Zhang Changqing, Huang Wei, Liu Guohui, Zhang Kun, Yu Bin and Zhang Yadong were elected vice presidents.
Professor He Liang, Chairman of the first Committee of the Bone and Joint Branch, expressed his sincere congratulations to the elected president and the members of the new leadership team, and gave good wishes for the future development of the branch!
