Next, Ms. PI Hongying, president of the Medical Care Branch, gave an academic report on "Multidisciplinary Joint Elderly Fall Prevention Practice"; Tu Qilei, president of the Health Management Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Society and president of the Geriatric Welfare College of Beijing Vocational College of Social Management (Training Center of the Ministry of Civil Affairs), made a keynote report on "Medical health Service Model with Smart Health Management as the hub"; Zhang Lingjuan, director of the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University, proposed the challenges faced by elderly care and long-term care; Chen Yongyi, Director of Hunan Cancer Hospital, introduced the development opportunities and challenges of hospice care under the background of China's aging population. Professor Hou Huiru, Executive Vice President of the Medical Care Branch, made an understanding of the establishment and standards of the elderly care training system. Vice President Hu Xiuying and Director General Shi Haiyan served as the moderators of the Expert Forum.

The Standing Committee was chaired by Executive Vice President Hou Huiru, and President PI Hongying introduced and explained the five-year plan of the Sub-Committee from the aspects of planning background, guiding ideology and basic principles, development goals, etc., and put forward specific requirements for the work goals in 2023.

Finally, President PI Hongying fully affirmed the achievements and special work reports of the Standing Committee of the Medical Care Branch in the past few years. At the closing ceremony, President PI Hongying said that China has become the country with the largest elderly population and the fastest aging development rate in the world, and the task of coping with the aging population is onerous and arduous.
